General Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made through our official channels. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and type of booking.

Cancellation Charges

Hourly Bookings

  • More than 4 hours: Free
  • 2-4 hours before: 25%
  • After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Weekly Bookings

  • More than 24 hours: Free
  • 12-24 hours before: 30%
  • After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Outstation Bookings

  • More than 48 hours: Free
  • 24-48 hours before: 40%
  • After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-2 business days
  • Net Banking: 2-3 business days
  • Wallet: Instant (within 24 hours)
