More than 4 hours: Free
2-4 hours before: 25%
After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Weekly Bookings

More than 24 hours: Free
12-24 hours before: 30%
After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Outstation Bookings

More than 48 hours: Free
24-48 hours before: 40%
After driver assignment: Cannot cancel

Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
