- 2-4 hours before: 25%
- After driver assignment: Cannot cancel
Weekly Bookings
- More than 24 hours: Free
- 12-24 hours before: 30%
- After driver assignment: Cannot cancel
Outstation Bookings
- More than 48 hours: Free
- 24-48 hours before: 40%
- After driver assignment: Cannot cancel
Refund Policy
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
